Meet Micah Feist: The leader behind Legacy Landscaping & Property Services

Micah Feist, the owner and operator of Legacy Landscaping and Property Services, is a trusted professional in all aspects of residential & commercial landscaping, and property services. His journey into landscaping began in his youth when he volunteered with Helping Hands, a Christian group. It was during this time, at the age of 17, that he discovered his passion for the industry.

Micah has worked tirelessly to establish himself as an expert in his field and to launch his own business. Before founding Legacy Landscaping and Property Services, he gained extensive experience at Goodwill’s Go 2 Property Services. From 2009 to 2016, he led numerous large-scale landscaping projects for clients such as Disney, YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs, Vulcan, CBRE, Starbucks, and Boeing.

Throughout his tenure, he managed hundreds of employees and thousands of projects, overseeing all aspects of landscaping from basic services like mowing, edging, and blowing, to custom design, parking lot maintenance, and winter services. His work has been featured in several published industry articles specific to commercial properties in the Pacific Northwest.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Micah has also served as a consultant, helping multiple landscaping businesses achieve the highest levels of return and customer service.

Despite his busy schedule, Micah continues to engage in some of the latest client projects personally. He attributes his success to steady growth and an unwavering commitment to meeting every client's needs.

When not at work, Micah enjoys spending time on his farm with his wife and ten children. He also loves fishing, traveling, and making memories with family and friends

Are you insured and licensed?

We have all the necessary licenses and carry insurance for all of the work we do.

Some larger construction projects require special licenses and certifications. We have internal employees and external contractors who are trusted members of the landscaping community that we work with for those special cases.
